The following photos are documentation of how Work 1 came to be; it all started from one metal structure that acts like an axis for the whole entire work. This structure was made and attached together by welding. There are 6 motors present in this work, one on every end of the the tube, which also act as axes for the fan case. The height of the structure I made sure to be 6 inches above my head, so that when I will have to chin up when looking at it, this is because one of the corrections I get told in ballet classes is to always keep my chin up to look more confident when performing, this work is pretty much a reminder to chin up.
